Attitudes of students, residents and general practitioners towards vaccination

The study presented in the article was performed at Department of Family Medicine North-Western State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov. aim to assess attitude general practitioners, residents, and students towards vaccination.
 Materials methods. involved 22 students, 14 residents 21 practitioners. Participants completed a questionnaire that included questions about self-assessment level knowledge field vaccination, opinion its effectiveness, etc. Statistical analysis using software SPSS 20.0 (SPSS Inc., Chicago, IL, USA) MedCalc 11.5.00 (Medcalc Software, Oostende). Chi-square test used intergroup differences.
 Results discussion. 61% participants rated their own vaccine prevention as good, 21% satisfactory 5% excellent. most confident were second place third doctors (p 0.05). 90% respondents identified vaccination positive. 95.5% 85.7% 76.2% noted is necessary (mandatory). effectiveness considered high by 86% participants. When asked whether do preventive vaccinations for themselves children, majority chose options Yes, within national calendar plus additional all (51% 39%, respectively).
 Conclusion. surveyed doctors, mostly positive, high. Most are vaccinated accordance with schedule, large proportion also not schedule. Almost recommend patients.
